EMPLOYEE TIME ENTRY PROCESS
How to Submit a Time Card:
- Log into the Employee Portal.
- Click the Time Management option.
- Select the work week from the drop-down menu.
- Enter your time by adding punches or hours when appropriate.
- When all time for the week has been entered, click the “Approve up to date” box at the bottom of the screen. At this time an email is automatically sent to your supervisor so that they can approve your time.
- If you have additional items to submit with the time card entry, such as mileage or other expenses incurred, please be sure to e-mail these on an expense report to email@example.com.
Your time is to be entered and submitted by 6:00pm Friday afternoon.
