Noel Groves, Director of Operations & Business Development, is a graduate of the University of Kansas with a bachelors degree in psychology and the University of Oklahoma with a masters degree in human relations with an emphasis in organizational development. Noel has 10 years of combined human resource, staffing and recruiting experience, specializing in accounting and finance.

Noel began her career with the Williams Companies, a global energy and communications corporation, as a recruiter specializing in accounting and finance as well as leading the company's Executive Recruiting Program. In 2003, Noel transitioned into the staffing industry where she held the role of Division Manager and was responsible for business development and recruiting within the finance and accounting sectors. Noel prides herself on bringing to each and every customer a dedicated staffing philosophy and an unparalleled client focus.

Noel is a member of Leadership Tulsa Class 36, the Institute of Management Accountants, the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association, Scott Carter Foundation and the Junior League of Tulsa. Other affiliations include the University of Tulsa Friends of Finance, American Society of Women Accountants, Tulsa Parent-Child Center, and American Cancer Society. Noel was also recognized as one of Tulsa's Top Twenty Leaders in 2006.

Lisa Rambo, Director of Staffing, is known for her thorough approach to the staffing industry. An integral part of the accounting and financial staffing industry for over 12 years, Lisa has experience in business development, recruitment and placement. Lisa is from Missouri, and graduated from the University of Central Missouri with her Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She began her career with the Missouri State Auditor’s Office, and then transitioned into a compliance role with the Missouri Student Loan Program where she monitored contracts with servicers and oversaw state and federal audits. In 1996, she transitioned into the staffing industry in Oklahoma.

Lisa is a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors, and has served on the board of several other professional accounting organizations.

Courtney Carter, Corporate Communications Director/Recruiting, has over 9 years experience in sales, marketing and communications. After graduating from The University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, she started her career working for MCI WorldCom. In 2001, she transitioned to MIRATECH Corporation as their sales and marketing manager for 6 years. She has been with the Favell Companies for several years and leads media relations and publicity, internal and external communications, event planning and assists with recruiting.

Courtney is a member of the Tulsa Chapter Public Relations Society of America and has held a board position with the Business Marketing Association Tulsa Chapter.
